    #Libya’s law 19 of 2010 says that a foreigner illegally on the territory will be penalised by detention with hard labor or a fine (article 6). This legal framework contributes to #humantrafficking & exploitation. The detention system is part of the business model

    Letting Ambassadors from countries of origin on the boat is just another attempt to portray everyone on board or in Libyan jails as «migrants » irrespective of why they left their country of origin.     Some of the people on board are probably refugees fleeing from their country of origin. This commercial ship should have never returned these people to Libya. Every effort should be pursued to avoid detention, retaliation or a blood bath. https://t.co/KTKlqG5bJP
