    Good news of the week! Most of them were arbitrarily detained for over 1 year for entering irregularly to the country or for attempting a sea crossing. Some 2,378 refugees and migrants are still held in Libyan detention centres in extremely dire conditions. https://t.co/f38BQ7Ny69
