Refugees face numerous challenges when integrating into the Greek labour market, including discrimination, bureaucratic hurdles, and language barriers. This video tells the inspiring story of Bruce, a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, who overcame these obstacles with the support of UNHCR and the Adama Centre in Athens, run by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Caritas Hellas. Through employability programmes and compassionate employers like Dakos Mills, Bruce secured a stable job in the flour industry and now dreams of becoming a chef.
