The COVID-19 pandemic has hindered access to support, yet a helpline acts as a lifeline. Sara and Mohammad- refugees themselves- are Community Psychosocial Workers at EPAPSY. Every day, they help other refugees and asylum-seekers in Greece with psychosocial support and practical advice in their language through a helpline. The programme is implemented by the mental health agency EPAPSY with the support of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and co-financed by the European Union.
