On World Humanitarian Day, we meet UNHCR staff members working in the field to bring life-saving assistance to refugees and displaced people around the world. Luis Jose Faife is a driver in Mozambique, driven to help others after he survived Cyclone Idai last year. Idai struck Mozambique on March 14, 2019 and more than 600 people died in that country, Malawi and Zimbabwe. About 2.2 million people were displaced after Cyclone Kenneth struck a few weeks later.
