On the 28th of March, a 7.7 Magnitude earthquake struck central Myanmar. Millions of people were affected. Over 3,700 lives were lost. And over 5,000 people were injured. And the destruction to homes and infrastructure was widespread. The hardest hit areas were hosting 2.1 million internally displaced people - forced to flee throughout four years of armed conflict.
