Tetiana Barantsova has been a wheelchair user since she was 10, but has refused to let it limit her and has gone on to become a powerful advocate for others with disabilities in her native Ukraine. For her work on behalf of those displaced by the Ukrainian conflict, she is this year’s regional winner for Europe for the UNHCR Nansen Refugee Award.
