Venezuelan family finds home in Peru

Description

1,250 Venezuelans enter Peru through the border point in Tumbes. They have traveled thousands of kilometres in buses, hitchhiking, on foot. The High Commissioner visited the border point in his mission to assess the flows of Venezuelans leaving their country and how it's impacting the region. Nancy and Wender hitchhiked and walked all the way from Venezuela to Tumbes, Peru with their six-year-old son Cristian. Now they have found a home and work in Tumbes.
