Born with cerebral palsy – a neurological disorder affecting their sight, speech, hearing and movement, – Syrian refugees Wafika, 35, and Taha, 25 have lived most of their lives indoors, struggling to move, communicate and interact with people around them. Facing a lack of specialised services for people living with disability, the parents are pleading to be resettled to provide better care for their children.
