Style comes naturally to Tekla, and the Eritrean teenager is now matching his talent with training that is building his skills as a hairdresser. He is one of more than 500 unaccompanied minors whom UNHCR has evacuated from detention in Libya in the past two years . At a transit site in Niger, he and other youth are given time, space and support to heal wounds, recover from trauma, and begin to prepare for their future.
