Description
Habibou Thombiano is a refugee from Burkina Faso in Togo. Habibou fled insecurity in Burkina Faso following threats received by non-state armed groups. She crossed the border with her brothers and sisters and found refuge in the town of Dapaong in northern Togo. Life is hard in Dapaong and Habibou tries to keep busy and earn some money to support her family. UNHCR and Togolese authorities are working together to take care of the refugees from Burkina Faso.
