While in Niger, Dominique Hyde, UNHCR’s Director of External Relations visited a Humanitarian Urbanisation Project in Ouallam. The plan is to build 4000 shelters for refugees and hosts in the Tillaberi region. The site also includes a mosque, market, water tank, health and educational facility
