UNHCR, with the financial support from the European Union, has been supporting Turkey in its efforts to develop and implement a solid asylum framework with a view to enable access to rights and services by refugees and asylum-seekers. Today, on the occasion of Europe Day, as the UN Refugee Agency in Turkey, we would like to say thank you to the European Union for the financial support and cooperation.
