The Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the European Union (EU) are working together to ensure that Syrian refugees in Turkey have access to higher education opportunities. Successful students graduated from the programme with their certificates of Turkish language proficiency that is required for enrollment into universities in Turkey!
