How Geraldine helped thousands of refugees to prevent COVID-19

Geraldine Mba, 34 years old and a mother of two, is a Cameroonian refugee, living in Adagom settlement in Ogoja, Cross River State. In the wake of COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and as a seamstress, Geraldine made facemasks for free and distributed them to refugees in the settlement as her own way to controlling the pandemic. In this video, she narrated her experience and motivation with actress, filmmaker and UNHCR's high profile supporter Judith Audu.
