Ежегодно 20 июня мировое сообщество отмечает Всемирный день беженцев. Но в этом году мы отмечаем его на фоне кардинальных изменений. В этот непростой период пандемии мы особо отмечаем вклад беженцев в сражении с COVID-19, в котором они показали пример устойчивости, выносливости и мужества. Мы, УВКБ ООН, работаем, чтобы помогать людям, которые были вынуждены оставить все позади и найти новый дом. Помогать им обрести чувство принадлежности и безопасности, исполнять мечты и реализовывать свои права. Сегодня и каждый день мы проявляем единство и солидарность с беженцами. Каждое действие имеет значение. Вместе мы можем создать мир, в котором никто не останется позади. Every year on June 20th world observes World Refugee Day. But this year we mark this day in the midst of dramatic changes. Throughout this challenging time of pandemic, we emphasize the contribution of the refugees in the battle with COVID-19, where they demonstrated an example of resilience, endurance and courage. We, UNHCR, serve people who have been forced to leave everything behind and find new home. We help them to find safety and feeling of belonging, fulfil their dreams and realize their rights. Today and every day we stand in unity and solidarity with refugees. Every action counts.
