UNHCR delivers humanitarian aid to Afghanistan through Termez, Uzbekistan

Located less than two kilometres from the Uzbekistan-Afghanistan border, the Termez Cargo Centre in southern Uzbekistan is a key part of UNHCR’s efforts to ensure continuous humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people. The Termez facility is one component of UNHCR’s overall supply chain infrastructure for Afghanistan and its neighbouring countries.
