Hana was unable to finish her study due to financial constraints. When her father became unwell, she began working in farms. We hear Hana's family discuss how their daughter was influenced to travel with smugglers in this dramatization. “Since the day I lost my daughter, I have been in shock; for days and nights, I couldn’t sleep,” says Hana’s Mother. Her parents have not heard from her since the day she left. This is a dramatization of true events that occurred in Sudan. They show the difficulties that families confront. Telling the Real Story is about the extraordinary journeys made by Eritrean, Somali and Nigerian refugees and migrants to Europe.
