Syrian refugees living in makeshift shelters in north Lebanon, exposed to the cold, are helped by UNHCR. Humanitarian agencies working throughout Lebanon have distributed 255,000 blankets and more than 6,000 stoves in the past months, as winter begins to bite in the region.
