A Food Crisis is sweeping across Africa. In parts of South Sudan famine has already been declared and children across the zone are now facing starvation as the crisis deepens. UNHCR are currently on the ground in the Food Crisis Zone providing urgent nutritional relief through Stabilisation Centres. Urgent help is needed now.
