2014 saw millions of South Sudanese people fleeing a conflict that erupted one year ago. Since last December, nearly 2 million children, women and men have been uprooted from their homes. Close to 500,000 refugees poured into neighbouring countries. We cannot afford to ignore South Sudan. 35,000 children have fled the country unaccompanied by a parent or family member.
