Statelessness in Côte d'Ivoire Ali's Story
Australia for UNHCR
Description
Around the world 10 million people are living with no nationality and no official status. Ali is one of them. “I do not know my nationality. I know where I was born, but am I from Burkina Faso? Am I from Côte d'Ivoire?” Ali is stateless. His story is common among many stateless people whose desperate situations makes them extremely vulnerable to exploitation. Pleas join our #IBELONG campaign: #IBELONG to a world where everyone has the right to a nationality. We need ten million signatures to change ten million lives.
