UNHCR wants to help refugee families live together. Sometimes this fails due to legal hurdles, sometimes due to a lack of information. Many refugees don't know what their rights are or how to proceed. De nombreux réfugiés ne savent pas quels sont leurs droits ni comment procéder. C'est pourquoi le HCR, en collaboration avec la Croix-Rouge suisse (SRK), a produit une vidéo explicative, disponible en plusieurs langues, pour aider les réfugiés à exercer leurs droits.
