難民署網頁 UNHCR website: http://www.unhcr.org.hk/ 全球最大的達達布難民營已經經歷了20年。近日的動亂引發一些安全問題，令營內的難民及工作人員感到擔心。但在這個政局不穩危機下，令難民社群擔起不同的責任，藉此鼓勵和訓練難民承擔更多的責任和工作。 The largest refugee camp, Dadaab, is 20 years old. In the last few months，the insecurity in the camp has become a serious concern. However, this security crisis contains the chance to empower the refugee community, encourage them to take on more responsibilities.
