聯合國難民署和世界糧食計劃署（WFP）於周二警告說，由於嚴重缺乏資金，加上保安和後勤物流運送出現問題，迫使要削減了近80萬名在非洲難民的糧食援助。這將威脅難民們的健康，尤其是兒童，導致他們嚴重營養不良、發育遲緩和貧血。 The heads of the World Food Programme and United Nations refugee agency warned today that funding difficulties, compounded by security and logistical problems in some countries, have forced cuts in food rations for nearly 800,000 refugees in Africa, threatening to worsen already unacceptable levels of acute malnutrition, stunting and anaemia, particularly in children.
