難民署網頁 UNHCR website: http://www.UNHCR.org.hk/ 自2011年3月起，敘利亞發生反政府示威活動，敘利亞安全部隊與反政府武裝力量發生激烈衝突，導致數以千計敘利亞人由該國逃難到約旦尋求庇護。衝突至今仍然持續，估計進入約旦的難民將會有增無減。 Since March 2011, the Syrian government has faced massive protests and internal violent conflicts. Yearlong unrest leads thousands of Syrian fleeing from their home to Jordan to seek asylum. As the unrest continues in Syria more refugees are expected to flow into Jordan.
