聯合國難民署中國區代言人姚晨探訪埃塞俄比亞的多羅亞都(Dollo Ado)和吉吉加(Jijiga)邊境地區。她說：「我認為這裡的情況應該受到特別關注。這裡的難民需要即時的協助，他們是最有需要的一群。」她繼續說：「我們從新聞資訊得知非洲之角的乾旱、饑荒以及民間的疾苦，但是我希望可以親眼見證。」 UNHCR Honorary Patron Yao Chen travelled to Ethiopia last week to meet with Somali refugees in the Dollo Ado and Jijiga border areas. "I felt this situation deserves particular attention. These refugees need help now, this is where the needs are the greatest," she said. "We hear about the drought, famine and suffering of people in the Horn of Africa from the news, but I wanted to see the situation with my own eyes."
