Further testimony from survivors of horrific human rights violations in Libya. Confirmation once again, not that it was needed, that no one should be returned to Libya after being rescued at sea. (article in Italian) https://t.co/WiU4qU79Sc

The frequency of devastating climate events is on the rise. We can no longer ignore it and just wish it away. Urgent need for #ClimateAction now. https://t.co/w2itLlvbON

Welcome news and a great example of European solidarity, with refugees and with receiving States, in action. Should now be used as a springboard for putting in place a predictable approach to disembarking rescued refugees so no boat is left stranded again https://t.co/ixjy8tFRNi

Refugees fleeing war in Cameroon are taking incredibly long, arduous journeys to reach safety. They face thick forest, snakes, drug cartels+possible death. Need to offer more+safer legal pathways to asylum so ppl don't risk their lives on these journeys! https://t.co/LvH9rEeW8q

The EU should return to search and rescue on the Mediterranean Sea. Such programmes have saved thousands of lives + the desperate journeys refugees take are becoming increasingly fatal. https://t.co/NBJ30oTG73

The group are people who have fled from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan. 52 were kids seperated from their families. Youngest was a 7 month baby born in detention. At least now they're finally safe https://t.co/jYBozx7J8g

98 people are today safer than they were yesterday, but more must be done. 3,600 refugees are still in detention. We MUST find a solution for them too https://t.co/jYBozx7J8g
