(1/2) Today, 134 refugees and asylum-seekers left Libya for the Emergency Transit Mechanism (ETM) in Rwanda where UNHCR will provide them with accommodation, basic necessities, medical care and psychosocial support, while it helps them find long-term durable solutions.
