#Italy, glad to see that reason has prevailed. NGOs play an essential role in search and rescue activities in the Central Mediterranean Sea. https://t.co/YmNX3AG0Ad

#Libya, good report by @RefugeesIntl . Like this quote”once people are in detention, asking them if they want to go home is to ignore the reason they left in the first place”. Protection safeguards must be put in place before any return https://t.co/F6NqHcEPZx

And what is done for the Turkish smugglers importing these Chinese inflatable boats? Depriving smugglers and traffickers from their supllies must be part of the solution, but who follows the money trail? https://t.co/luiva381Zl

No more @cnn story, no more media attention, but nothing has changed. Deeply affected by stories of #slavery heard from so many people feeing Libya in Niger. Hope that many states can start thinking about other solutions for them than humanitarian “voluntary” repatriation... https://t.co/qIeorPq39n

#Niger, differentiated solutions needed for Sudanese asylum seekers in Agadez. Our food mediate response lacks funding support. https://t.co/TOwVKcYNVu

#Niger, Agadez, our response to the flow of asylum seekers is very modest. We do not have ressources and we have encouraged the authorities to clarify their position in relation to the solutions needed, as the status quo can lead to serious tensions https://t.co/X9vlh07gtf
