Yesterday, the Government of Djibouti announced a draft decree creating a graduation certificate for refugees. This decree will give secondary education refugee students the opportunity to pursue higher education, vocational trainings and get scholarships. We are very grateful🤲 https://t.co/ybd0yOk9P5
