@OlgaSarradoMur - you captured so well our visit — touched both by the Venezuelans we met but also their Ecuadorian hosts. We have more work to do. https://t.co/pl9DJsjdDc

More humanitarian, development & economic support needed now for #Venezuela #refugees & #migrants in neighboring countries. Hosts are struggling as are organizations trying to support. Only 21% of the $738 M appeal for resources has been raised. We can all do much more for people https://t.co/5OMqbDE3Wu

We were both moved by the generosity of the #Colombian people and the increasing desperation of the #Venezuelan refugees we met. @refugees Special Envoy is speaking not from a refugee camp but a center that aims to rescue, protect & allow a new start. https://t.co/l6OvSdwgFe https://t.co/M2NyHysZGR

I was in La Guajira, Colombia and ran into a group of Colombian and Venezuelan runners who accepted the challenge to #StepWithRefugees - Do you accept the challenge? @UschiMuller @As_SyIFRC @NRC_Egeland @ACNURamericas https://t.co/1Rs882LB5B

Mirtha and her family were forced to leave Cartagena years ago after being targeted by paramilitaries. They sell water bottles and rent washing machines but still live in an informal settlement. Even as Venezuelans arrive, many like her continue to be displaced within Colombia. https://t.co/c3fLTUYzUi

We have met courageous Venezuelans in Ecuador. Many lacking documents, without a sense of what to do next. Impressed by the response & solidarity of @CancilleriaEc and the Ecuadorian people. We stand by to support protection of those forced to flee. Tomorrow Colombia ?? https://t.co/rYnVfthjHE

The situation in #Venezuela is worsening by the day. The majority of those fleeing the country are #refugees , require the protection of other countries, and need our urgent support. I am in Ecuador, listening to their stories and they need your help: https://t.co/LyaPDdzIrj https://t.co/4TpzdVNoCQ
