At this point of time, the UN humanitarian appeal is funded at 37%. Our level of financing is far less than what we need. We are urging the international community to step up.

Those displaced…are in acute need of food…sanitation and water. #Drought has been officially declared. #Humanitarian partners continue to operate in 394 districts out of 405. We are seeing an increased level of violence against them.
